Our IOP program is a structured outpatient program that lets you fulfill your professional and personal responsibilities while still getting support. IOPs are more effective when it comes to longevity. Evidence-based approaches that mix the right treatment modalities with holistic practice can provide an individualized plan with the highest chances of success based on your circumstances.
All of the benefits of our IOP program, but all online. Virtual mental health treatment makes seeking out affordable, accessible therapy easier than ever.
Telehealth, also called telemedicine, telepsychiatry, and telemental health care, is the process of using video calling or calls to facilitate virtual mental health treatment. Here, you interact with a counselor, psychologist, clinician, or psychiatrist in a one-on-one or group environment, in real time, over a video call. In most cases, calls are conducted over secure, private platforms which allow them to conform to HIPAA and other security requirements.
Partial hospitalization, or PHP programs, are meant for people who want to get help without having to stay overnight at a treatment center. With a partial hospitalization, you are hospitalized for a day or two, but after that, your treatment program takes place on your schedule while you live and sleep at home.
PHP is a wonderful middle-ground option for those who need an intensive treatment option, but cannot commit to IOP due to heavy responsibilities. Our PHP program is customized to your unique needs, from the timeframe of your personal schedule to the different therapies provided.
Outpatient treatment is a mental health and substance abuse treatment option where you attend daily treatment, without staying in a clinic or residential facility. This gives you the freedom to stay at home, to continue meeting responsibilities, while taking time out for yourself.
Outpatient treatment includes two 1-hour group therapy sessions per week and individual therapy. Groups are offered Monday through Friday.
